Less time on the phone, fewer empty slots, no retyping. Here is the same Tuesday, with Quralys.
The agenda is already full
Patients booked and prepaid overnight, by Wave or Orange Money. No calls to return.
The history is on screen
Previous visits, coded diagnoses, allergies and prescriptions, before the patient sits down.
An ordonnance in seconds
A template you adjust and sign. It reaches the patient’s phone with a QR code the pharmacy can check.
A video consult from the same agenda
One click opens a private room. If the network drops, the call continues in audio.
Reminders go out on their own
Tomorrow’s patients get an SMS or WhatsApp reminder; follow-ups are proposed automatically.
No-shows are not a small problem: a systematic review of 105 studies found an average no-show rate of about 23%, and the highest rates in studies from Africa (43%). Prepaying at booking is designed to reduce them; the pilot will measure by how much.

Fair for doctors, free for patients. A standard only works if everyone can afford to use it, so pricing stays modest and follows the value we create. Final prices are set with the pilot doctors.

Review
What worked, what didn’t, and pricing together.
01Do my patients pay to use Quralys?
No. Patients never pay for the app. They only pay their consultation fee, by Wave, Orange Money or card, and you receive it.
02Can I keep the software or app I already use?
Yes. Quralys is built to connect, not to replace. Because every record follows the FHIR standard, other apps can read and write the same record through our partner API, with the patient’s consent.
03Do I need a fast internet connection?
No. Pages are light, video adapts to the network, calls fall back to audio when the connection weakens, and reminders go out by SMS.
04Is the digital ordonnance accepted by pharmacies?
The ordonnance is signed by you and delivered to the patient’s phone as a PDF with a QR code a pharmacy can check. During the pilot, a printed copy can always be given when a pharmacy asks for paper.
05Where is my patients’ data stored?
The pilot runs on managed cloud services. Production data will be hosted in Senegal, and the processing declared to the CDP, Senegal’s data protection authority, under law 2008-12. Nothing is shared without the patient’s consent.
06How much will it cost after the pilot?
There is a free starter plan. The Pro plan is a modest monthly subscription in FCFA, set together with the pilot doctors. Pilot doctors use everything for free during the pilot.
